Madison Square Park, just two blocks south of The Madison Belvedere, was rededicated in 2001 after major renovation. With its many seating areas, this gem of a park is the ideal relaxing, reading, snacking, snoozing and schmoozing place. Statuary, fountains, and weekly summertime concerts add to its old world charm. Beneath a canopy of century-old trees, the many benches in and around the park provide great views of such architectural landmarks as the Flatiron Building and Metropolitan Life Clock Tower.
